The Sunflower Group of day nurseries are a small unique group of nurseries providing care and education for children aged 0-5 years based in Hyde, Ashton-Under-Lyne. and Stalybridge.

In order to maintain a record trail of all conversations with parents/carers and/or prospective users of our services, contact form data may at our sole discretion be retained within the organisation indefinitely.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. We have the right to make a small charge (normally no more than £10) to cover the administrative cost of doing this)

How we protect your data
Your data is held on a secure website. Only website administrators have access to the website dashboard, and administrator access is protected by high-strength passwords. The data itself is stored in a secure datacentre within the EU, and can only be accessed by our hosting provider for maintenance and diagnostic purposes.
What data breach procedures we have in place
If we identify a data breach has taken place, we will use our best endeavours to inform all users affected within three working days. The hosting provider will be required to reset all passwords.
Regulatory disclosure requirements
If we are required by law to disclose user information to regulatory authorities (which would normally only happen during the course of a criminal investigation) we will do so. In the event of such a disclosure we may be prevented by law from revealing the disclosure to the party or parties whose data has been disclosed.
